Make & Take: Simple Apfelstrudel

For ages 16 & up

Sprechen sie strudel? Get ready to taste sweet tradition by learning how to make classic German apfelstrudel, or apple strudel. Pick up pastry tips and tricks as you prepare and stretch delicate strudel dough by hand, fill each strudel with this season’s new-crop apples, and pair it with a rich homemade crème anglaise, a vanilla-tinged dessert sauce. At the end of class, you’ll get to take home a strudel to share!

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
