Italian Intensive Workshop

For ages 18 & up

From start to finish, you'll make these classics as you get an in-depth look into the Italian kitchen. Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll prep and cook each dish during this 4 hour class. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of Italian wine paired with your meal at the end of class.

• Fresh Egg Pasta

• Marcella Hazan's Tomato Sauce

• Farro Salad with Roasted Vegetables 

• Eggplant Casserole 

• Fontina-stuffed Pork Chops

• Zuppa Inglese with Mascarpone & Lemon

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
