Join us for Day 2 of the Houston Jazz Festival in the beautiful outdoor setting of Axelrad!
The night kicks off at 7:30 PM with trumpeter Felix DeLeon and his stellar band featuring Tito Hernandez, Ben Clifton, Gavin Moolchan, and Corey Dozer.
Closing the evening is the Houston Jazz Collective, the performance arm of the non-profit Houston Jazz Collective organization, featuring:
✨ Shelley Carroll (saxophone) – Duke Ellington Orchestra, Lincoln Center Orchestra
✨ Andre Hayward (trombone) – Lincoln Center Orchestra, Ellington Orchestra
✨ Tim Ruiz (bass) – 4x Grammy winner with La Mafia
✨ Mark Simmons (drums) – performed with George Benson, George Duke, and Al Jarreau
📝 Note: Day 1 of the Festival took place at Miller Outdoor Theatre. Day 2 is a completely separate free performance at Axelrad — so don’t worry, you didn’t miss it!
