Yoooo Stroud will be facilitating Ecstatic Dance and performing LIVE MUSIC again for the warmup at 7:30, new songs to meditate & vibe & move & stretch to as we get our creative juices flowing to drop into the Danse🕺🏻 Opening circle for the Playlist at 8pm, the theme for this dance is “SATURATION” — Our Prayer is to be FULLY SOAKED in the Knowing of who & what We Truly Are. May our minds and bodies be open to the Perfection that lives just beyond our concepts/routines/habits/priorities, where we feel RIGHT NOW totally authentic & liberated to move in the perfect way, perfect time, perfect place, in perfect solitude or perfect company. We dance to remember that when the underlying Creative Intelligence of the universe is what guides our action, we will feel glad & grateful & useful & satisfied, while remaining curious and eager for what the coming Present Moments will bring us. When we ignore or fight our natural Creative Intelligence & the Intuitive Impulses it is constantly offering up to us in each present moment, we experience confusion, disconnection, doubt, conflict, clumsiness, pain. Let us remember to keep taking a deep breath & choose again — to Ask again, where would Authentic Creative Intelligence have us go, what would It have us do, where, with whom, why? In our Spirit & in our bones we have the Answer, now & always. LETS MOVE TO IT 🏄♂️
