Hosted by You Discover Math (YDM), Houston's Young Monarchs, and the Houston Parks and Recreation Department, this free, family-friendly event celebrates curiosity and collaboration while expanding access to math and STEM opportunities for Houston’s youth and families.

About You Discover Math (YDM)
YDM provides engaging and high-quality math learning experiences for underserved and low-income students and families in Houston. Through accessible programs and caring role models, we break down barriers so every child can build confidence and pursue their dreams.

We envision a future where math becomes a source of strength and pride, opening doors for families to grow, lead, and thrive across generations.

Houston’s Young Monarchs empowers youth and families to learn, lead, and create change together through hands-on learning, social justice education, and community action. With each lesson, we blend STEAM activities, cultural exploration, and leadership development to help children discover their voice, their purpose, and their power to take action and improve their communities.
