• Practical phrases for patient intake, front-desk interactions, and clinical care
• Role-play practice for real-world scenarios (greetings professionally using formal Spanish (usted), check-ins, emergencies)
• Cultural awareness skills for building patient trust
• How to avoid errors and improve accuracy in patient communication
• Explain and take vitals; guide pain scale (0–10) and comfort language
• Triage symptoms and schedule/reschedule with clear instructions
• Deliver discharge instructions and use teach‑back for understanding
