An Opulent December Dinner at Michelin-Starred Musaafer

Join Phaedra Cook, founder of Houston Food Finder, for an exclusive four-course dinner at at 7 p.m. on Monday, December 15. Musaafer has been named a one-star Michelin establishment for two consecutive years!

Attendees will enjoy complimentary welcome bubbles! Not only that, but Texas-based is also treating guests to an Old-Fashioned — of course with a stylish Musaafer twist! This special version of a classic features Madeira Cask-Finished Stryker, named The World's Best Small Batch American Single Malt at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards ! Andalusia Whiskey Co. representative Mario-Sebastian Berry will be on hand to discuss the unique production of this special spirit.

As this is the December season, feel free to embrace the occasion with your most festive attire. Following dinner, guests will be treated to a guided tour of the restaurant. Its immersive design and museum-quality artifacts tell a rich and meaningful story of India’s cultural heritage.

COURSE 1

Chena Dahi Vada: Milk curd dumplings, sweet yogurt, tamarind, pomegranate, black chickpeas, potatoes, papadi (contains dairy, gluten)

OR

Lychee Ceviche: cured lychee, yuzu coconut sauce, homemade tooti frooti, crispy corn (dairy-free option)

COURSE 2

Chipotle Chicken Tikka: Chargrilled chicken morsels, chipotle, rice cracker, mint chutney (contains dairy)

OR

Lamb Seekh Kebab: Minced lamb, aioli, watermelon radish, tomato and bell pepper chutney (contains dairy — can be requested dairy-free)

COURSE 3

Dum Ki Ribs: Beef short ribs, rosewater, cashew, chironji, golden onions, garlic naan (contains dairy, nuts, gluten)

OR

Paneer Chandani: Homemade paneer, cashew, rosewater, silver leaf, garlic naan (contains dairy, gluten, nuts)

OR

Squash: spiced butternut squash, madras curry powder, vegan feta, pumpkin seeds, onion tomato gravy (dairy-free option; can be made gluten-free)

DESSERT

Mishti Doi: Yogurt shrooms, shrikhand froyo, pistachio soil, raspberry crisp (contains dairy, nuts)

Qubani: Apricot, chia seed crumble (dairy-free and gluten-free option)
