Very begginner friendly dance moves and the priority is having a fun dance workout.

Info: Before we get into the groove of things we start with a stretch session to get our bodies ready and fluid for movement

Info: The pregame to the class where the instructor gives attendees a single dance move and they walk back and forth across the room with energy and a smile.

Info: Everyone gets on the floor and dance to the rhythmic sounds of afrobeats: shuffles and beginner dance moves with energy and smile.

Info: The closeout session where attendees walk around in a circle as they come into the center one by one to display their dance moves for few seconds while the circle hypes them up with energy and a smile
