In a strip mall, two strangers bump into each other, and a misunderstanding escalates into a charged argument. The encounter reveals how quickly civility can unravel—and how much can be exposed between people who have nothing in common but being in the wrong place at the right time.

28th & Yale is an MFA thesis production produced by Sunny Stubbs as partial requirement for an MFA in Theatre Education at Mississippi University for Women.
