Breathwave Level 1 Training

If you are interested in Breathwork and would like to integrate this tool in a grounded and safe way - this training is for you.

Breathwave is a unique style of breathwork that offers a more gentle approach to Connected Breathing. Though catharsis is natural in the process, the focus is more on integration rather than activation.

Did you know that each person has a unique breath signature that reflects their experience and approach to life?

Just as life patterns into the breath, we can re-pattern our life through the breath.

Level 1: The Self Healing Path is a foundational 5 day training that will allow you to integrate Breathwave as a personal tool for life.

This training begins April 1st at 6pm to April 6th at 12pm

Level 2 (add-on): The Facilitator's Path is the first level of teacher training that will empower you to facilitate this method 1:1. Step into a new path or add this to your offerings. Level 1 is a pre-requisite. Level 2 will be added if we reach a minimum of 6 participants.
