Come and join us for a deeply relaxing Soundbath Meditation designed to reduce stress and restore balance.

Jan Hicks and I have teamed up to create an immersive journey of sound using:

✨ Crystal singing bowls
✨ Tibetan bowls
✨ Alchemy bowls
✨ 3 Gongs
✨ Chimes
✨ Water instruments

Allow yourself to be guided into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.

What to Bring

Please bring:
• Yoga mat (padded meditation mat or gravity chair recommended)
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Eye cover
• Anything you need to be completely comfortable lying down for over an hour

📍 Enter through the double doors beside and behind All Under One Roof Boutique
⏰ Please arrive at 2:45 PM to set up your space and settle in
🚪 Doors will be locked promptly at 3:00 PM
