Self-Defense Workshop
Bill Soto from Soto's Martial Arts is generously providing his expertise in this self-defense workshop. This physical, hands-on workshop will cover basic self-defense techniques as well as safety education with a specific focus on awareness and verbal boundaries. Registration is required. Please dress comfortably.
