This New Years Eve at Rind we're laying on a very special five-course feast with our next door neighbours and friends Lawkland Hall Farm.
Lawkland Hall Farm is run by Pete and Rona Webster, fourth-generation farmers who care deeply for their land, their cows, and their corner of Yorkshire.
Their Friesian and Jersey herd graze on rich, diverse pasture, moving to fresh grass every few days. It’s farming done the right way — as it should be, and as it has been here for generations.
The result? Milk (and meat) with real flavour. It’s exactly why we’re devoting our final service of 2025 to celebrating it. Kieran and the team have created a menu that champions the very best of local produce: the richest beef, irresistible cheese, and just the right touch of celebration — it is NYE, after all.
