Dent Meditation Centre Open Evening

On Saturday the 8th November, we are opening the doors for an open evening-
a relaxed chance to:

* Meet the team and connect with people
* Hear about the hopes and plans for the future of the centre
* Experience the calm and beauty of the building, whether it is you first time, or a return after some time.

To close the evening, we’ll share a gentle, informal 15 minute meditation in the school room if you wish to join. No experience is needed, just bring yourself, curiosity and an open heart.
