We did it last year… and we’re doing it again because it was pure magic.
I’m so excited to share that our Riverbank YINYOGA Practice is back!
✨ Thursday 4 December
✨ 5:30pm YINYOGA Practice by the river
✨ Followed by a 6:30pm riverboat cruise with healthy nibbles + beautiful company
Think of this evening as a little end-of-year exhale — a chance to recalibrate your mind, body, and soul while nature does its quiet, calming work around you.
‘Your body remembers… but your lymphatic system forgives’
That’s the gift of Yin: the melting, the softening, the letting-go of heaviness we didn’t even realise we were carrying.
What to bring:
🧘♀️ Mats, blocks & blankets provided (bring your favourite mat & blanket if you prefer!)
💛 Just yourself — exactly as you are
Spaces are limited for both the practice and the boat, so please book ASAP.
Let’s move gently, breathe deeply, and drift into the festive season feeling grounded, open, and beautifully connected — to nature, to each other, and to ourselves & to 30years of Planet Feelgood 🙏👏
