LEVEL UP FLOW

This monthly 90 minute class focuses on building strength and core stability to help you gain confidence to explore advanced postures.

This is a fun and explorative class open to those looking for a challenge but knowing that it is all a journey which takes practise and patience.

The class begins with a warming flow, core drills, and upper body strengthening. We then move into a workshop style session, working towards specific postures:
