Join us for a nourishing Winter Wellness Day, designed to help you slow down, move gently, and reconnect during the winter season.
What to Expect:
♀️ 60-Minute Yoga Session
Led by Erin, this grounding yoga practice will focus on gentle movement, breath, and relaxation to warm the body and calm the mind.
♂️ 15-Minute Guided Meditation
Led by Mariah, this meditation will help you settle into stillness, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace.
✍️ 15-Minute Journaling Session
Led by Nicole, this reflective journaling experience invites creativity, intention-setting, and self-expression.
☕ Warm Tea & Pastries
Enjoy hot tea and pastries during the journaling portion for a cozy, comforting finish to the class.
What to Bring:
Your own yoga mat (we will have a few available if you don’t have one)
Blanket and pillow are encouraged for extra comfort and relaxation
Your own journal and pen, or a coloring book and supplies
Comfortable clothing for yoga
An open mind and a willingness to unwind
