Sound Bath, Music and Meditation with Iza Moon

Step into a deeply restorative and heart-opening experience with Iza Moon’s Sound Journeys — an invitation to relax the body, quiet the mind, and nourish the soul.
These immersive sessions feature a dynamic array of healing instruments, combined with Iza’s uniquely soulful voice. What makes her sound baths truly special is that Iza performs her own original songs, written from a place of deep connection and intention. Her music weaves through the space like medicine, carrying you on a journey of release, renewal, and transformation.
The therapeutic vibrations and frequencies created by both the instruments and her voice support the release of physical tension, emotional blockages, and mental stress — leaving you with a profound sense of peace, balance, and inner clarity.
1 hour sessions take place indoors in our cosy Wellbeing Barn (small groups). Please bring a mat, blanket, and cushion or pillow so you can fully surrender into comfort and relaxation while Iza serenades you with her beautiful, healing soundscapes.
No previous experience required.
