A Knight's Journey with Explore Learning

Hosted by Explore Learning (Redhill Team), this Workshop will look at helping your child develop their English SPAG Skills and knowledge, while also giving you a feel for what tuition could feel like with us!

Learning covered in the workshop:

• To progressively build a varied and rich vocabulary and an increasing range of sentence structures.

• Noun phrases expanded by the addition of modifying adjectives, nouns and preposition phrases.

• Pupils should be taught to spell words that are often misspelt.

In this Workshop your children will also learn how to:

Identify nouns, noun phrases, adjectives and verbs.

• Create a noun phrase.

• Demonstrate how to use punctuation correctly.

• Practise the learning-to-spell model.
