Sunday Group Yoga

Sunday group class is an all-ages, all-abilities, all-levels yoga class emphasizing strength, mobility and the Eight Limbs of Yoga. We typically warm up safely, employ pranayama (breath practices) and engage in strengthening yoga asana (poses).

While Sunday is not a flow class, we sometimes incorporate some yoga flow. Please note: the 1st Sunday of each month we are hosting LGBTQ+ Yoga at this time. If you are a member of the queer community or an ally who’d like to show support, we welcome and encourage your attendance!

You are encouraged to stay after class if you have questions about specific asana and/or how to best participate. All abilities, ages and experience levels are encouraged to attend.

This class is included for Members; simply use your Membership code when reserving your spot.

Please register through the website and review the class description for important details and expectations. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat if you have one—mats will also be available. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily, and consider layering.
