This Novbember Erg Army are returning to MELBOURNE for one day.

So here we are.
November 9th: 2 Part Workshop - 3 hrs of Ergs, followed by 2 hrs of HYROX education
10am - 1pm: Erg Army Fundamentals
1pm - 3pm: Hyrox - Nail the technique, build the strategy, PB your race
But what do I sign up for?
Option 1: "I just want Ergs!"
This option is for you if you train with the ERGS. Whether solo or in a group, are you using the ergs for conditioing, capacity, power, body comp goals? This education will have you maximising your time so your goals become your warm ups.
We have run 1000s of these sessions and can confirm you will walk away more functional, faster and more motivated than ever to crush your daily sessions.

Absolutely not.
The ergs were here before Hyrox and there's no doubt they'll be here long after. We teach humans to be more effective on the bike, row and ski. The value and benefit you'll gain from this is more calories and more metres every single class. Read: More fitness, more results, more wins.
Choose JUST ERGS if you're not a Hyroxer :)
If your goal is Hyrox, then there's no doubt that expanding your skills on the ergs will translate to improvement across the board in both your training and your race. Instead of settling for high energy output on the ergs, read: blowing up, you can use less energy, while also achieving your metres in less time.
Choose "I WANT IT ALL!"
Choose: "I just want HYROX!" You will love it! No ergs, just all the other obstacles! Plus how to train, taper, fuel and strategise. It's like Hyrox crack - you will LOVE it.
Neither. And both.
Expect 'experiential learning'. This means learning by doing. Not a boring sit and listen, but also not a workout. Instead you'll be fully immersed in the strategic learning style of the Erg Army.
Wear activewear, bring a notebook and expect time to fly.
