With both Frodo and Bilbo Baggins's birthdays on September 22nd, we thought it fitting to celebrate the Saturday before! Join us for a day of special adventure at The Book & Bottle Shop.
We've got so much in store to give you the most magnificent Hobbit Day ever! And yes - you can come in costume! Here is what is included this day:

- Aragorn’s Apple Plate
- Rosie’s Tea Cake

- "Miruvor” Waters of Rivendell
- Bilbo’s Favorite Tea
A quest for the One Ring to Rule Them All
- Takes place fully inside the shop.
- No time restriction.
- All ages are welcome to participate, but adult-age support may be needed for some clues.
- Finding the Ring gets you entered to win a full set of special edition Lord of the Rings books!
A Hobbit Door Hanger Workshop
- 2 - 4 PM
- Only 20 spots available.
- Tickets are $30 and include all materials needed to create your door hanger.
- Tickets required to claim your spot.
Lord of the Rings Trivia
- 7 - 9 PM
- Pre-register your team for 2 bonus points.
- The winning team receives a $25 gift certificate and a book worm trophy to prove you truly know it all.
- Most questions will be sourced from both the Lord of the Rings books and the movies. A few hard questions could be taken from The Hobbit and/or The Silmarillion.
**Registration is not required to shop this day. Registration is only needed for Trivia Night and/or the Hobbit Door Wreath Workshop.**
