Led by sound healer and musician Tory Schaefer, this experience blends primal percussion, sacred instruments, live looping, and layered textures to ignite your spirit.
Whether you’re lying down, swaying in stillness, or moving ecstatically—this is a space for deep listening and soul expression.

✨ What to Expect:
• A safe, welcoming environment for all bodies and backgrounds
• Live instrumentation including crystal bowls, flutes, drum, handpan, gongs & more
• A guided invitation to move, breathe, and release
• Integration and rest to close

What to Bring:
Water, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat or blanket, and anything that helps you feel supported during rest.
Movement is welcome, but not required.
