You're invited to spend a crisp autumn day in the Hudson Valley for an unforgettable Apple Picking and Cider Tasting experience at Fishkill Farms. Our day begins with a guided farmer’s tour through the orchards, where you’ll learn about the farm’s over-100-year history, its commitment to sustainable growing practices, and the process behind their small-batch cider making. After the tour, you’ll have time to wander the orchard rows and pick your own apples — straight from the tree, fresh and ready to take home.

We’ll break for a delicious farm-fresh lunch featuring seasonal fare, warm cider donuts, and a cup of hot apple cider. Gather at picnic tables overlooking the hills, soak in the autumn colors, and enjoy the cozy charm that makes Fishkill Farms a favorite fall destination.

After lunch, we’ll move into a cider tasting hosted by the team behind Fishkill’s own Treasury Cider. You’ll sample a flight of their dry, orchard-based hard ciders, crafted on-site from heirloom and traditional apple varieties grown just steps away. Whether you’re a seasoned cider lover or a curious sipper, there’s something to discover in every glass.
