2026 Comforter Bash

We are gathering on February 13 and February 14 to assemble as many comforters as possible for Mennonite Central Committee (MCC). We hope to complete at least 35 comforters.

No skills are necessary. Women, men, and children are all welcome to share in the work and fellowship of the day.

You may come and go as you are able. Lunch will be provided both days. Please RSVP to the church so that we can plan for lunch.

Pre-made comforter tops (60"x80") and backs (65"x85") are being accepted. Drop them off ahead of time at the church or bring them the day of the bash.

MCC is a worldwide ministry of Anabaptist churches that shares god's love and compassion for all in the name of Christ by responding to basic human needs and working for peace and justice. They share comforters with neighbors locally and globally who are dealing with conflict and disaster. A handmade comforter provides warmth, hope, and a tangible message to people that their needs are not forgotten.
