An intimate, focused, and unforgettable weekend of swing dancing, community, and inspiration.
Featured Instructors
Gaby Cook (New York City) – Internationally acclaimed Lindy Hop and Jazz dancer, choreographer, and instructor. Gaby is known for her dynamic movement, creativity, and ability to connect dancers of all levels with musicality and joy.
Ben White (Seattle, WA) – Respected teacher and performer with expertise in Lindy Hop and Balboa. Ben is celebrated for his clarity in instruction, deep knowledge of swing history, and ability to make classes both accessible and challenging.
Additional Instructors
Jason Starr – Bringing over 10 years of teaching experience. Known for his Shag and Balboa dancing.
Justine Robinson – Known for her energy, connection, and creative approach to social dancing.
What’s Included
Three nights of dancing, including one night with a live band
Workshops in Lindy Hop, Balboa, Musicality, Jazz Steps, and more
Level-specific tracks:
Three beginner Lindy Hop classes
Three intermediate+ classes
All other workshops are all-levels
Intermediate dancers are encouraged to also take the beginner classes to help build community and support newer dancers
Jack and Jill contest with prizes and a trophy
Lodging and pool passes included
Free parking and cell service in the valley
A focused, smaller retreat designed to maximize community and learning (limited to 100 participants)
Lodging Details
Most beds are double occupancy. Choose your bedmate or cabin mates early.
Some single beds are available. Best to book cabins with friends.
At registration, you’ll need to let us know who you’re pairing with.
Each cabin has a fully functioning kitchen with dishes, silverware, and cooking supplies.
Limited single beds available; if you require your own room, local Airbnbs are an option.
Great bedding provided, but bringing a sleeping bag or your own bedding is recommended for extra comfort.
Bring your own food and towels.

1:00 pm – Class 9 (Lindy Hop – Beginner only)
2:00 pm – Social dance while we clean up. Free time to swim, hot tub, eat, and relax before the evening dance.
7:30 pm–11:00 pm – Formal Dance Night at Suburban Swing, Abbotsford (Live Band)
