Coastal Motorcycle Club WA invites all of its Members and Life Members to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Saturday, January 31st, at 10am.
This includes nominations and voting for the 2026 committee.
Coming into the 2026 season, many of the 2025 committee will be staying on for another year.
However, we do require more people to lighten the load for each committee member.
Other than contributing to and being present at the monthly General Meeting, tasks/functions required are: Steward; Clerk of Course; Scorers; Race Adjudicator; Race Secretary; OC of flags; Events planner/coordinator; Membership manager; Club Project Manager; Grounds Manager; Retic Team; Track Crew; Trophy Manager; Marketing Team; Grants team; Website development; Busy Bee manager; and various administrative tasks.
Alternatively, if there is a role that you feel you could bring to the club that isn’t listed above, please get in touch.
This is your opportunity to have your say, get involved, and help point the club in the direction you believe it should be heading, so please come along.
