Strings Attached started when Johnny Dash met Junie Moon at an open mic one night in 2013. The two musicians hit it off and started an acoustic duo, rapidly becoming one of the most booked and popular duos in Orange County, NY. Over the past 10 years, Strings Attached has performed over 1,000 times at the Hudson Valley’s hottest and coolest venues. Occasionally, the duo would be joined by guest musicians, billing themselves as Strings Attached and Friends. However, in 2023, after guest performances by percussionist, Alex Arlequin and Xavier Fromageoton bass, the duo decided to welcome these two talented musicians into Strings Attached and so, the duo became a quartet. In a very short time, the group has become one of the area’s most sought after musical acts!

Musical Genres - Both The Duo and The Band play Pop and Rock favorites with an emphasis on dancing covers. Although perfect for restaurants and smaller gatherings, Strings Attached love to get their friends and followers up on the dance floor at the hottest Pub and Bar establishments! Featuring vocals by Junie Moon (A favorite Hudson Valley DIVA), Johnny Dash and Alex Arlequin, with one of the best bass players around, Xavier rounding out the bottom of our acoustic "act", the group's niche is performing the best of Fleetwood Mac, The Pretenders, Train, Dua LIPA, Sheryl Crow, Natlie Merchant, Neil Young, The Rolling Stones, Talking Heads and The Traveling Wilburys and many more popular groups.
