PRA Prep / Information Session

Registration is required, but this event is FREE!

You must be free of any pre-existing injuries to participate in the PRA Prep program.

Free public parking is available in the parking lot of Ala Moana Beach Park, however, we recommend arriving early to secure parking.

Check-in for the PRA Prep will be behind the McCoy Pavilion fronting the canal.

Upon arrival, you will complete a contactless check-in process using your mobile device. Please be prepared to provide your Driver's License and information for two (2) emergency contacts.

Do not bring any valuables with you or leave them in your vehicle. The HPD is not responsible should any items be lost, damaged or stolen.

Please arrive in appropriate workout attire and bring hydration.
