Moon Circles are sacred gatherings for women who wish to reconnect with their feminine essence — through movement, breath, sound, and community.

This month’s theme, Tides of Expression, invites us to move with the rhythm of our inner tides — to express, to communicate, and to release. Under Libra season ♎ and the energy of the Throat Chakra, we explore balance, harmony, and authentic voice — letting our truth flow.
