#非關舞蹈工作坊:《輕飄飄》 #danceless workshop: Shuuu

在這個工作坊中，我們將透過一件日常物品——背心膠袋，重新感受「輕」的概念。 在地心引力的作用下，來自不加鎖舞踊館的2 位舞團藝術家將帶領參加者透過遊戲與身體律動，探索身體的輕盈與柔軟，喚起內在細膩的感知。這是一場結合環保意識與身體覺察的體驗，讓我們在簡單中發現深層的感動。

工作坊將以廣東話進行

In this workshop, we will rediscover the concept of "lightness" through an everyday object—a plastic shopping bag. Guided by the forces of gravity, dance artists from unlock dancing plaza will lead participants to explore the lightness and fluidity of the body through play and movement, awakening a deeper sense of inner awareness. This experience combines environmental consciousness with body awareness, allowing us to find profound inspiration in simplicity.
