在這個工作坊中，我們邀請您將茶融入日常，作為一種溫柔的正念儀式與連結方式。透過茶道的藝術，您將學習如何將注意力專注於當下，培養內心的平靜與意圖。從選茶到斟茶，每一步都成為一種對自己與他人的關懷之舉。

我們將探索茶在促進身心平衡、滋養共感以及尊重多元文化傳統中的角色。參加者將親身體驗一場舒心的互動過程，在支持性的圈子中一起泡茶、品茗，這種練習能鼓勵自我善待，緩解壓力，並打開心扉，感受慈悲的力量。

In this workshop, we invite you to embrace tea as a gentle ritual for mindfulness and connection. Through the art of brewing, you’ll learn to anchor your attention in the present moment, cultivating inner calm and intention. Each step—from selecting leaves to pouring tea—becomes an act of care, for yourself and for others.

We’ll explore tea’s role in supporting mind-body balance, nurturing empathy, and honoring diverse cultural traditions. Participants will enjoy a soothing, hands-on experience, brewing and sharing tea in a supportive circle—a practice that encourages self-kindness, eases stress, and opens the heart to compassion.
