ThinkWine’s "Kitchen Takeover" series continues with their second event in collaboration with the elegant French restaurant Le Colvert on Monday December 1.
For their one-night-only pop-up Le Colvert has designed a special four-course tasting menu (HK$728 per person) that brings the warmth of the French countryside to ThinkWine all with a modern refined twist.
The four-course menu begins with an Amuse-bouche of Avocado Cream Mango and Smoked Duck Breast balancing sweet and smoky notes. Next a Terrine de Foie Gras is paired with fig chutney and brioche. The main course is a Duck Filet with Truffle Sauce and Gratin Dauphinois featuring earthy truffles and creamy potatoes. The meal concludes with Griottes and a Financier with Chantilly Cream a blend of tart cherries and almond cake.
