Held by Dana Rader, she is a International Master Trainer Specialised in GYROTONIC®️ and GYROKINESIS®️�She’s the first Specialized International master trainer in GYROTONIC®️ and GYROKINESIS®️ methods in Australia.

Experience: �Dana has known about the methods since the 1980s in New York City and explored them in the 1990s while living in Hong Kong, learning directly from their founder, Mr. Juliu Horvath.��In 2010, Dana started a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She completed a Post Graduate degree in Exercise Science Rehabilitation at Charles Sturt University in 2011. Dana has recently marked 12 years as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with ESSA (Exercise Sport Science Australia).
