Founders Running Club :: Hong Kong

Founders Running Club (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking. We like to be comfortable when we run and finish with coffee and conversations. Choose your pace or follow a pacer—pets, friends, family, are welcome.

FRC - Hong Kong Chapter:

Meeting location: SUN YAT SEN MEMORIAL PARK SWIMMING POOL (beside the Children's Playground) in Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. We will meet on the right-hand side of the building, under the bridge, beside the lockers.

Run location: Begin in Sun Yat Sen Park, run along the Victoria Harbour, via Shun Tak Centre, ending at Star Ferry terminal/AXA Wheel. We will run/loop back to our meeting point at Sun Yan Sen Park.

​We typically run for 30 minutes (easy/social/chatty pace), target 5K, with pre- and post-run stretch (10 minutes), then (optional) snack/coffee nearby (45~60 minutes). You may join late and/or join just for coffee. You may store bags/water at the meeting location (we will use the lockers on-site). Sun Yat Sen Sports Center also has storage inside the building (opens early), and outside next to the toilets (24 hours).

We run regardless of weather (eg, rain, typhoon 1), unless specifically noted as 'cancelled' on this post.
