Follow in the footsteps of Bordeaux Wines and embark on an immersive Bordeaux tasting journey at the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2025. From October 23th to 26th, a wide array of Bordeaux Wines will be showcased, as well as Bordeaux Wine School workshops on-site. The accredited tutors will share their knowledge, allowing you to learn and experience the rich intricacies of Bordeaux wines and gain a great sensory and gustatory experience.

跟隨波爾多葡萄酒的腳步，在“香港美酒佳餚巡禮2025”開啓一場沉浸式的波爾多繽品鑑之旅。10月23日至26日，多款波爾多佳釀繽紛亮相，現場特別設有五大波爾多葡萄酒主題工作坊，波爾多葡萄酒認證講師專業分享，學習感受波爾多葡萄酒的豐富內涵，收穫感官味覺充盈的非凡體驗。

• Bordeaux Wines Fundamentals: Join us for a fun and accessible introduction to Bordeaux wines tasting. In 3 steps, you’ll learn how to taste and appreciate the unique character of Bordeaux wines.
• Fresh Bordeaux Wines: Explore the refreshing side of Bordeaux wines. From crisp whites to light reds and rosés, this session will surprise your palate and show you an unknown side to Bordeaux wines.
• The Bordeaux Wines Aromas Game: Test your senses in this aroma game! Discover a range of scents existing in Bordeaux wines and see how many you can identify. A fun and interactive way to sharpen your nose and deepen your wine knowledge.
• Bordeaux Wines & Food Pairing: Learn the essentials of food and wine pairing through a deliciously fun experience. We’ll guide you through simple pairing rules and experiment it with popcorn flavors.
• Sweet, Bubbly & Bordeaux: Discover the sparkling and sweet wines of the region. It’s festive, unexpected, and delicious.

• The ticket will be valid from Oct 23rd to 26th, please choose your favorite theme and attend to our pavilion in time. Detailed timetable is listed below.
• 1 ticket is only available for 1 person and 1 session of workshop. Please show your proof to our staffs before you attend the workshop.
