Yoga Flow with Mafe

Prayers in Motion with Mafe is a Christ-centered yoga experience that brings together scripture, prayer, and mindful movement in a welcoming environment for all levels.

This gentle flow invites you to stretch your body, calm your mind, and open your heart to God’s presence. Through intentional breath, scripture reflection, and prayerful movement, we create space to reconnect with the One who gives us strength and peace. True wellness isn’t just physical—it’s spiritual and rooted in worship.

📍 Where: Christ Fellowship Redland Campus — back building under the overhang

✨ What to Bring:

• Your own yoga mat & water
• A Bible (optional, but encouraged)
• Signed liability waiver (link provided — must be completed before class)
