- Fabric & Fiber Arts Material Swap! Bring up to two bags of clean, gently used fabric, yarn, or other fiber arts materials to swap. Take as much as you want home with you!

Accessibility info: This event is held along a paved, flat walkway within a public park. The paved walkway connects to a city sidewalk bordering the park. There are no elevated steps necessary to enter the park or event space. Low-medium volume music will be playing. We will have chairs available. Parking: We encourage biking, public transport, walking, and rideshare. Plenty of free parking will be available on the streets bordering the park, as well as other side streets nearby.

Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse is a nonprofit organization that inspires creativity, conservation, and community through reuse. Our center is located one block from Westinghouse Park. We are hosting an afternoon of free hands-on creative crafts activities for community members of all ages, an artwork and clothing swap, and a free creative material giveaway. We see this event as a way to bring our community together in a creative way in the beauty of the outdoors.
