Forest Bathing: Mindful Nature Experience

Inspired by the Scandinavian appreciation for the natural world, visit "The Scandinavian Home: Landscape and Lore" exhibition and reconnect with nature through a slow, restorative experience facilitated by certified forest bathing practitioners from the Frick Environmental Center. Includes access to the exhibition and a 90-minute forest bathing experience in Frick Park.

Advance registration and pre-payment required. This program takes place outdoors and is rain or shine. Program participants should check in for their program at the Frick Art Museum.

This program is part of a series. Additional forest bathing opportunities are available on October 7, 2025 and January 6, 2026.
