Fireside Feast: A private Farm-to-Table Experience

Fresh & Flamous is an immersive open-air farm-to-table private farm lush garden venue and event space centered around wood-fired cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and live-fire dance show entertainment. It brings together rustic elegance, local produce, and community connection, all under the stars and surrounded by nature.

THE EXPERIENCE:

1. Fire-Themed Outdoor Kitchen:

• A central open-air hearth and wood-fired oven station is the glowing heart of the space.
• A live fire show dance, smoke, and flame theatrics.
• Specialty: Farm-fresh wood-fired pizzas, rotating seasonal flatbreads, and flame-charred farm veggies.

2. Seasonal Farm Menus:

• Menus change monthley based on the farm’s harvest.
• All dishes are ingredient-led, with vegetables, herbs, and cheeses sourced directly from the on-site or partnered farms.
• House-made dips, infused oils, and wild-fermented breads are staples.

3. Communal Gathering Tables:

• Long reclaimed-wood tables arranged beneath TIKI BAR with lights.
• Candlelit settings with foraged floral decor and linen runners.
• Intimate capacity: 50 guests max per evening, offering exclusivity.

4. The Flamous Show:

• A fire performance and chef storytelling moment each night.
• Chefs interact with the audience, explaining dishes and techniques while the fire team puts on a short flame-dance or torch show before dessert.

5. Music & Ambience:

• Live acoustic sets, jazz trios, or world music.
• Curated playlists if no band is playing — always warm, soulful, and connected to nature.

6. Private Events & Fire Feasts:

• “Flame Circles” available for private bookings: weddings, anniversary dinners, solstice feasts.
• Guests can gather around individual firepits for desserts, storytelling, or s’mores.
