Tranquil Tuesday is a soothing monthly mindfulness experience designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with calm. Led by certified meditation guide and counselor Ciara Wolfe, each session blends evidence based coping strategies with guided meditation to support emotional regulation, nervous system reset, and inner peace. Join us for an hour of intentional rest, grounding, and gentle renewal.
