Cosmos Awakening: A Sleep Yoga Source Love Contact Experience.

Sleep yoga: is guided breathing and deep relaxation where the human body is activated into optimal healing via wakeful rest. This is a meditation where the soul shines through the eternal one by grounding in deep stillness and unwavering peace. Intentional relaxation is a profound, essential practice for sacred zero-point intelligence and source code wisdom.

Reiki: as you slip into a state of relaxation we will have our reiki practitioner offering reiki energy to each one of you. When introduced into your system, reiki may provide a sense of deep calm, peace, and relaxation which invites more clarity in your day to day living.

This workshop is for everyone whether young or old, experienced in yoga or not. In fact, if yoga nidra or reiki are new to you we invite you step in to a new experience with us; one that is sure to add to your toolbox of all things designed to promote well-being, peace, and self knowing.
