I would like to bring to your attention that our upcoming Sunday School Convention is scheduled to take place in December at two designated regional stations: Ndiru in Homa-Central and Otondo in Nyangina District. This initiative is in accordance with instructions from our esteemed apostle Apostle Sire.
We recently convened a meeting with upper region coordinators and have scheduled a follow-up discussion with lower region coordinators on August 30, 2025. During these meetings, we outlined the essential requirements to ensure the success of the convention, which include:
1. Each district is expected to present the maximum number of children from their districts aged 7-10 years .
Children aged 11-14 (confirmation candidates) are not required to participate actively but may assist their teachers in managing the children.
2. The theme for the convention is " The Birth of Jesus Christ."
All presentations, including dramas, songs, memory verses, etc., should align with this theme.
3. Children are required to wear uniforms consisting of black trousers or skirts and white T-shirts printed with "N.S.E Sunday School" and the New Apostolic Church logo .
4. Name tags and badges will be provided at a reasonable cost for all participants, including children for identification.
5. All coordinators are requested to contribute KSh 100 /- by depositing to Grace Mutiso ( 0705516544 ) before the end of August to facilitate early budgeting for badges and name tags.
