This special gathering will honour the Autumn Equinox 🍂🌊
A time to say goodbye to summer, reflect on what we’ve gathered, and gently welcome the softer season ahead.
We’ll meet at Rocky Bottoms and take a lovely walk down to the beach, get cosy and begin with a Sound Bath nestled in to the cliffs, letting the vibrations guide us into balance as the seasons shift.
Then, we’ll awaken our senses with a refreshing sea swim, before taking a gentle walk back up to the beautiful Rocky Bottoms, sharing a nourishing crab poke bowl lunch and drink (tofu or chicken option available if you let me know).
