Lino printing workshop with Sue Welfare

Suitable for beginners and those with some experience of lino printing. The day’s workshop will be informal and relaxed with lots of support and guidance. Predominately participants will be working using a single colour, with several different options available.

Light, shade, line and texture will all be explored in our print ideas and a range of mark marking techniques and skills will be developed, before setting to work on your final masterpiece!

Participants are welcome to bring along any inspirational images or ideas they would like to develop as prints. Sue Welfare, workshop leader, will also bring along plenty of print ideas for you to choose from.

Our final prints will be A5 sized and you’ll be printing a small edition to take home with you, along with your blocks.

Lunch and refreshments will be included.
