Sept 19-21 Overnight training camp.
“You don’t have to always be better than someone to beat them. You just have to be better for a few min of the match.” Controlling stronger, more athletic opponents keeps you in the match.
Sept 19-21 3 day competition camp
Held at Tony’s gym in Holt Mo.
technical focus: hand fight/ control tie wrestling.
Ages 8-18.
