Forest Bathing and Mindful walk, Holt Country Park

Forest bathing/ mindfulness walk – reconnecting with self and the world around us a we move into Autumn, taking in all the early colours, aromas and textures that Autumn brings.

We will finish up around the campfire for a warming drink.

A family friendly event.

Walking boots and waterproof clothing are recommended.

Meet at the main car park on the Norwich road. Parking cost is £2.30
