Bring One Thing

It's our usual parkrun but at the first event of each month we'll be asking our lovely participants to #BringOneThing ... a packet or tin to donate to local food banks. Our hope is that these small individual acts of kindness can add up to a bigger contribution to our community and help us spread the parkrun love to those who need it most
