Cheese Making Experience with Burt's Cheese

Claire Burt from Burt’s Cheeses will demonstrate Mozzarella making using the delicious milk from Bidlea Dairy. Claire will take you through the end-to-end process and there's a chance to be hands-on with the curd stretch test. If there is enough time in this 1 hr 45 min experience, techniques relating to burrata/stracciatella will also be covered. At the end enjoy the fresh bocconcini with some antipasti as well as a glass of wine.

Claire will provide a short write-up about the steps included for you to take home.

A selection of Burt’s Cheeses will be available to try and buy on the evening.
