Join me on January 4th at 10:00 AM for a 60-minute sound bath, a calm and intentional way to step into 2026. This session offers a space to slow down, allowing your body and nervous system to settle as you transition from 2025.
Through a full-body sound experience, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on the past year, gently release it, and create space for what lies ahead. A gentle, mindful way to begin the New Year.
